What is our return policy?

We accept returns of unworn merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

The return window for a refund to the original payment method is 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns requested for orders after this period will not be accepted. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.

Discounted items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All jewelry, accessories, candles, etc, are Final Sale.

Swimwear must be unworn and still have the hygiene strip in place. Anything marked with “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does a refund take?

After your return is shipped and your package is received, our typical processing time is 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

How do I make an exchange?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for any items.
