What is our return policy?

We accept returns of unworn merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

The return window for a refund to the original payment method is 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns requested for orders after this period will not be accepted. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.

Discounted items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All jewelry, accessories, candles, etc, are Final Sale.

Swimwear must be unworn and still have the hygiene strip in place. Anything marked with “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Need a last minute gift, but no time to run to the mall? We got you covered! In honor of the launch of our new website, we are offering free personal delivery for customers within the range of Hancock Park.

In store pickup?

We offer in store pickup for online orders at our Los Angeles retail store. After you receive an email confirming that your order is ready to pick up, come pick up at our store, located at 130 N Larchmont Blvd.

Our Shipping Options?

We offer free ground shipping on USA domestic orders over $150.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders under $150.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.*
